Modern life means working 8–10 hours or more to keep up with the high cost of living, then coming back home to cook, clean your home, and prepare the kids for bed/school, among other things. Trying to juggle so many demands can leave your body and mind drained, leading to physical and mental health problems such as insomnia, stress, depression, and body aches. For most of us, to relieve this pain, we book a spa appointment. A day in the spa takes away the aches and pains. It also helps with stress management. But most spas focus on physical health—this is one of the reasons Dr. Mariam Bykov PhD started Inhype Sanctuary Medical Spa.
She wanted to create a safe space that would offer physical, spiritual and mental health treatments, helping people to find themselves, feel relaxed, confident, and more productive. Inhype Sanctuary Medical Spa takes care of your body and soul. They are the first Med-Spa to combine high-end medical treatments with spiritual practices like Reiki healing, Syucai Numeric Psychology consultations, meditation, breath work, and yoga classes. According to Dr. Mariam, their goal is to help people avoid unnecessary cosmetic surgeries by showing them how to care for their mental and physical health to get great skin and bodies.
Skin remodeling can help you achieve healthier, younger-looking skin without having to go under the knife. Dr. Bykov explains that face remodeling is a non-invasive method and helps to tighten the skin dramatically, reduce buccal fat and remodel under-chin, get rid of dark under-eye and droopy eyelids. Boosting collagen production in the skin will reduce your wrinkles. Skin remodeling triggers your skin’s natural rejuvenation process, boosting the protein synthesis in it and renewing of cells.
Inhype Sanctuary Medical Spa is famous for their “Mommy Bounce Back Program” program that helps mothers lose the added weight, mommy pouch, and cellulite
Mariam, who just became a mom herself in August, created the program to help the “ most underserved demographic – New Moms!” According to her very extensive research after you have a baby nobody seems to care about mom as much as everyone focuses on the baby. Like baby products, baby classes, baby gifts etc. and it feels like everyone has forgotten about the very person who just grew a life inside of them for almost a year and had a major life changing event. The program focuses on the physical, mental, and emotional well-being of the mother, because a depleted mom has nothing to give to the baby.
Inhype Sanctuary Medical Spa also offers LPG (Endermologie or Lipo Massage), Evolve X Transform, trim, tone, tight and Morpheus8 treatments for both face and body, among others.
The company’s unique approach to spa and wellness and the team’s experience in the field have helped them cement their spot, with their services attracting massive attention. Inhype Sanctuary Medical Spa proudly holds “Top LPG Endermologie Provider of 2021” in California.

Dr. Bykov lived in China, where she learned more about yoga, before moving to Tibet, an experience she says inspired her to start taking spiritual practices more seriously.
“The people in Tibet are different. Even their facial expressions are so different, calm, and vastly determined by their inner state. That was when I first realized how being energetically balanced can change the quality of your life,” said Dr. Bykov.
