CHINA. L’Oréal Group-owned Helena Rubinstein recently partnered with Hainan Tourism Investment Duty Free Co (HTDF) and support partner Lagardère Travel Retail to launch the first-ever Replasty 24-Hour Skin Recovery Clinic pop-up in Hainan, at the Hainan Tourism Duty Free Shopping Complex.
L’Oréal has also announced that Helena Rubinstein will be opening a new boutique at the complex that offers premium skincare services.
In 2008, Helena Rubinstein struck a partnership with Laclinic-Montreux in Switzerland to create the Replasty skincare line. The collection was designed to offer effective anti-aging cosmetic solutions without clinical interventions.
The pop-up brought this collection to life and paid homage to Helena Rubinstein’s skincare science heritage, which dates back to 1902.

The Replasty Age Recovery Day Cream and Night Cream were the star products featured in the animation
At the installation, visitors received personalised skincare consultations from a skin expert who recommended specific Helena Rubinstein products for their skin needs. At the end of the experience, visitors were able to share a digital souvenir of their visit on social media.
The animation shone a light on Helena Rubinstein’s new skincare ritual, which is centred around the Replasty Age Recovery Day Cream and Replasty Age Recovery Night Cream.
The revamped Replasty Age Recovery Day Cream, known as ‘White Bandage’, has been equipped with anti-inflammatory Tasmanol and high-efficacy pharmaceutical ingredients that soothe and perfect the skin. The Replasty Age Recovery Night Cream, known as ‘Black Bandage’, has a 30% concentration of Pro-Xylane that targets stubborn age scars.

Pairing the two complementary creams helps users achieve a 24-hour recovery skin routine which protects the skin against environmental aggressors during the day and repairs it at night. According to the brand, the creams, when used together, can increase skin recovery by up to four times in just six days.
The pop-up was supported by a high-profile ooh media and 3D visual campaign outside the Hainan Tourism Duty Free Shopping Complex. The animation transported shoppers to Switzerland and took them on a tour of the Laclinic-Montreux to experience the origins of Replasty.
