The brush has been used by dozens of TikTokers, all of whom have waxed lyrical about its ability to ‘flawlessly’ blend products
Over on the DIBS website, the brush boasts equally glowing reviews, with customers gushing over its ‘soft’ texture and ‘excellent blending’.
Several other people have also praised its dual-ended design, noting that it helps to save space in their makeup bags by essentially offering two brushes in one.
‘This brush saves room in your makeup travel kit and provides excellent blending. Great addition to any makeup routine,’ one person wrote, while another added: ‘Great brush all around… I use the flat side for blending and the round fluffy side for my powder!’
‘Absolutely obsessed with this brush!’ a third wrote, as a fourth chimed in: ‘Blends makeup perfectly and flawlessly!’
According to DIBS Beauty co-founder Courtney Shields, the brush can also be used to apply products to your body, with the makeup pro revealing it has been a ‘game changer’ for her self tanner application.
DIBS Beauty co-founder Courtney Shields says the double-ended brush is the item she receives most questions about from fans and customers
‘[It’s] how I’ve been applying my self tanner on the face and on the hands, it’s literally a game changer,’ she said in a recent video, adding: ‘It blends everything perfectly.
‘It’s so much better than a mitt because a mitt is flat and you miss surfaces, whereas this allows you to get in between your fingers and it looks crazy natural.’
The beauty entrepreneur revealed to DailyMail.com that the double-ended brush is the item she receives most questions about from fans and customers, saying: ‘The number one most asked question in my DM’s and comments right now is: “When is this brush restocking.”‘
The tool – which boasts a large, rounded brush on one end for powder products and a ‘slightly, denser, angled brush’ for cream products on the other – was first launched online in September 2022, and it flew off the shelves, selling out within just a few days of its release.
Following the online uproar over the product, DIBS put a waitlist in place for the second drop, which amassed more than 10,000 people.
Upon its second release today, DIBS sold more than 600 brushes in 10 minutes and at the time of writing the brand is expecting to sell out by the end of the day.
